Tubular assemblies | Construction of insulated doors and windowsMaximum insulation values. With a k value for the frames well below 1.8W/m²K and a group 4 sound proofing, the Therm series provides above average living comfort and quality. Light, transparent structure – flush sections. Particularly fine sections ensure an elegant structure and a light-filled interior. |
Three sealing surfaces.
Optimal sound proofing, flawless resistance to driving rain and top thermal insulation are the winning assets of the Therm series.
Construction.
Fully insulated system with steel sectional tubes, flush on the outside, with three rubber seals on the entire perimeter, frame angles and connections of the welded cross-sections.
Surface treatment.
The surfaces of the sections are electrogalvanised and treated by chroming (GV/GC) in the factory. For the optional lacquering, the following processes are suitable:
Installation depth.
An entire range of depths of sections allows robust and extremely reliable structures with particular dimensions according to the customer’s requirements.
Material and surface.
The tubes used are made of structural steel, cold-drawn or welded several times. The surfaces are in white or electrogalvanised steel, treated by yellow chroming or sanded and covered with a coat of zinc powder paint.
Recycling and ecological construction.
No toxic emissions are released during machining (cutting, welding, grinding, etc.). If an insulator should come into contact with the welding bath during the welding procedure, it reacts like wood. The insulator (in PIR) contains no CFC, and is K resistant to solvents. All the materials are used 100%.
